Join an Award-Winning Luxury Residential Builder We're seeking an experienced Site Manager to join an award-winning residential builder delivering some of Sydney's most prestigious luxury Class 1 homes across the Eastern Suburbs.
This is an chance to work on high-end, architecturally designed homes valued at $5M+, alongside a highly professional team with a strong reputation for quality, craftsmanship and exceptional project delivery.
The Role
As Site Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of your projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and to the highest possible standard.
Managing luxury residential projects valued at $5M+
Overseeing all site operations from commencement through to completion
Coordinating and managing subcontractors, trades and suppliers
Maintaining high standards of workmanship, quality and presentation
Managing project programmes, sequencing and site logistics
Ensuring WHS compliance and maintaining a safe, organised site
Working closely with Project Managers, clients, architects and consultants
Managing inspections, defects and project handover
Maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
About You




We're looking for a proven Site Manager with a strong background in high-end residential construction.
Proven experience managing $5M+ luxury residential projects
Strong experience with Class 1 residential construction
A solid understanding of high-end finishes, detailing and construction methodology
Excellent subcontractor and trade management skillsStrong organisational and communication abilities
A genuine eye for quality and attention to detail
The confidence to manage demanding projects and stakeholders
A strong commitment to safety, quality and programme
Relevant construction qualifications and/or extensive industry experience
