This allows Supervisors to remain focused and ensures projects continue to move efficiently.They are now seeking an experienced Residential Site Supervisor who is confident supervising all stages of a residential build.About the RoleYou will be responsible for supervising residential construction projects in the following stages:Commencement through to enclosedEnclosed through to fixingFixing through to practical completion and handoverWhile Supervisors may be allocated specific stages depending on workload, you must have the experience and capability to manage a residential build from start to finish.Key responsibilities include:Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and material deliveriesMaintaining construction schedules and project timelinesConducting site inspections and monitoring workmanshipEnsuring homes are built to approved plans,



specifications and quality standardsDocument the process with photographic recordsMonitoring budgets, materials and progress claimsMaintaining accurate job updates within the scheduling systemManaging defects and rectification worksEnsuring compliance with WHS, QBCC, NCC and relevant construction standardsCommunicating with clients and internal departmentsAttending construction meetings and providing accurate project updatesAbout YouYou will ideally have:Strong experience supervising new residential home constructionExperience across the full residential building cycleA solid understanding of construction scheduling and programmingStrong subcontractor and supplier management skillsGood communication and client management skillsStrong attention to quality, deadlines and budgetsA practical, solutions-focused approachEssential RequirementsCurrent QBCC Supervisor LicenceResidential construction supervision experienceStrong understanding of the NCC and Australian StandardsCurrent driver's licenceFull and unrestricted working rights in AustraliaApplicants requiring sponsorship or holding restricted work rights will not be considered.What's In It For You?
