Bureau Recruitment is recruiting for a Project Manager to own a multiyear Capital Improvement Plan for a waterfront-based organisation in Perth.
You'll manage budgets, briefs, procurement, and delivery across infrastructure, buildings, equipment, and compliance, while coordinating with contractors on an active site.You'll report to the CFO and work with the CEO to keep projects on track from brief to handover.
This role blends on-site oversight with solid financial and governance oversight.
