Operating in several countries throughout the world, this opportunity as a qualified and experienced Maintenance Supervisor will see you in the Australian operation working at the Callide Mine, near Biloela in Queensland.About the roleWhile reporting to the Superintendent:Ensure maintenance activities prioritise safety, through effective hazard identification and risk management.Provide leadership through coaching, mentoring, and developmental activities to members of the team driving a positive workplace culture.Ensure work order feedback and closeouts are completed accurately to improve maintenance efficiencies.Provide leadership to the workshop maintenance crews to achieve the maintenance plan.Assist the Maintenance Manager & Superintendents in implementing safety plans.Track maintenance performance and ensure operational issues are managed and communicated in a timely manner.What we are offering5/4, 4/5, 5/5 Day shift and night shift,
