Join a growing luxury custom-suiting brand in its beautifully presented Williamstown showroom, where you'll work one-on-one with clients to create suits that look and feel exceptional.
This is a consultative customer-facing role - you'll meet clients who have already expressed an interest in custom suiting, understand what they're looking for, guide them through fabrics and design choices, and build a relationship that lasts well beyond the first appointment.
You don't need to be a tailor or custom-suiting expert.
We're looking for someone naturally confident with people, commercially minded and passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll do
Meet with clients for one-to-one custom-suiting consultations, understanding their style, occasion and needs
Guide clients through fabrics, colours, fits and design options to create a suit that's uniquely theirs
Build genuine relationships with grooms, wedding parties, professionals and business clients
Manage the customer journey from the initial consultation through measurements, orders, follow-ups and final fitting
Provide a polished, warm and memorable showroom experience without the hard-sell approach
Keep the showroom beautifully presented, including steaming garments, styling displays and presenting new stock
Work closely with the wider team and workshop to ensure every order is delivered to a high standard

Who you are
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people.
You might come from luxury retail, fashion, bridal, jewellery, sales, customer service or another premium customer-facing environment.
What matters most is your personality, presentation and ability to make clients feel comfortable and well looked after.
You'll ideally be:
Warm, confident and naturally personable
A strong communicator who enjoys getting to know different types of people
Commercially minded and motivated by achieving results
Passionate about fashion, style and premium products
Impeccably presented and comfortable working in a luxury environment
Organised and detail-oriented, particularly when managing customer orders and follow-ups
A reliable team player looking to build a long-term career
Experience in menswear, fashion or custom suiting would be highly regarded, but it isn't essential.
If you're outstanding with people and have the right attitude, we'll teach you the custom-suiting craft.
A driver's licence and access to a vehicle is required for occasional short trips to the nearby workshop.
