Our client, a manufacturing business based in Perth's Northern suburbs, has an immediate opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join their IT team.
This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who enjoys the full spectrum of level 1/2 support — from device deployment through to day-to-day user support.
About the Role
You'll provide Level 1/2 Service Desk support to the business, with responsibilities spanning device imaging and deployment, mobile device management, and Active Directory user account administration, alongside general troubleshooting and support requests.
Essential Skills & Experience
PC imaging and device deployment
Mobile Device Management (MDM)
Active Directory – setting up and managing user accounts




Level 1 Service Desk support experience
Working knowledge of Windows and M365
Basic understanding of networking concepts
