What the
Role Involves

Working one-on-one with participants
to understand their goals and build a plan to achieve them
·
Connecting participants with local
employers and matching people to the right opportunities
·
Actively building relationships with
local employers to create job opportunities
·
Promoting participants' strengths and
matching them to suitable roles
·
Identifying barriers and coordinating
support services or training where needed
·
Managing your own caseload,
priorities, and follow-ups to keep things moving
·
Maintaining accurate records and
meeting program compliance requirements
