Waverley Council is seeking a Customer Experience Officer to join the Customer Service team on a temporary part-time basis.
The role focuses on delivering high-quality administrative support and acting as the first point of contact across face-to-face, call centre, and online channels.Working 24 hours per week (3 days: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday; 8:30 AM–5 PM) at Bondi Junction, you will be part of a values‐driven service with opportunities for career development and career progression.
