The Role:As a Retail Area Manager in brand new Western Sydney International airport, you will drive profitable sales growth, exceptional customer experience, and operational excellence across all retail stores through effective leadership, coaching, commercial execution, and performance management.What You'll Do:Driving sales, profitability, and KPI performance across your areaLeading and developing Store Managers and Assistant Store ManagersDelivering exceptional customer experiences and service standardsCoaching teams to achieve commercial and operational excellenceOptimising labour, productivity, inventory and merchandising executionEnsuring compliance with security, safety and operational requirementsBuilding strong relationships with airport stakeholders and business partnersWhat We're Looking For:Proven multi-site retail leadership experienceStrong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindsetExcellent coaching,
