About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, your primary objective is to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions while supporting candidate engagement, workplace safety, attendance management and performance outcomes.
You will be responsible for sourcing and placing quality candidates, conducting workplace visits and inductions, supporting workforce compliance and ensuring exceptional service delivery to both clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
Source and attract candidates through advertising, networking, referrals and proactive talent sourcing
Screen, interview and assess candidates against client requirements
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
Manage the recruitment process from job brief through to placement
Conduct reference checks and coordinate offers




Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey
Provide advice regarding pay rates, workforce trends and career opportunities
Candidate Management & Workforce Support
Monitor attendance and employee performance
Maintain regular contact with on-hire workforce
Address employee enquiries and provide ongoing support
Investigate and resolve workplace issues and complaints
Develop performance improvement plans where required
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Inductions & Onboarding
Welcome and onboard new employees
Conduct site inductions and workplace orientations
Perform site walk-throughs and explain workplace expectations
Ensure candidates understand safety procedures and client requirements
Deliver a positive onboarding experience
Safety & Compliance
Conduct regular safety observations and workplace visits
Identify and report workplace hazards
Support implementation of corrective actions
Promote a strong safety-first culture
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous high volume recruitment experience within recruitment, labour hire, account management
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment
Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
Sound computer literacy and experience with CRM or recruitment systems.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
A commitment to workplace safety and compliance
High levels of integrity, professionalism and accountability
The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
