, we're looking for
two Content Uplift Specialists
to join our Digital Brand Experience team.
One role is permanent, and one is a 24-month max-term opportunity.
This isn't your traditional content role.
You'll sit at the intersection of
eCommerce, SEO, AI, product information, taxonomy and customer experience
, helping transform how customers find, compare and choose products across our digital ecosystem.
From optimising product data and content structures to improving AI-readiness and search discoverability, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of online retail at rebel.
What's involved?
You'll help deliver rebel's structured content uplift program by:
Improving product, category and brand content to enhance discovery, engagement and conversion
Building and maintaining taxonomy, metadata, product attributes and structured content standards
Applying SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and emerging GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) practices
Enhancing content structures that support AI search, guided selling and personalised customer experiences
Monitoring content performance and identifying opportunities to improve customer journeys and commercial outcomes
Partnering with Digital Product, eCommerce, Marketing, Merchandise and Customer Experience teams to bring best-in-class content experiences to life.
What we're looking for
We're interested in people who combine strong content and commerce expertise with a passion for search, technology and AI.
You'll ideally bring:
4+ years' experience in digital content, SEO, content operations, digital merchandising or eCommerce environments
Experience managing product content, taxonomy, metadata and structured data at scale driving CRO and customer journey optimisation experience.
Exposure to SEO optimisation and search performance improvement




Solid stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across multiple business functions
A passion for emerging AI technologies and how they are changing product discovery and customer experiences.
Highly beneficial in this role:
HTML and JavaScript knowledge
Experience with schema markup and technical SEO
Experience working within platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, CMS, PIM or similar content management environments
