People & Culture Advisor
Experienced HR Advisor or P&C; Generalist supporting approximately 110 employees across our Geospatial and Utilities Networks.
Reports to our P&C; Manager and takes responsibility for a broad range of day-to-day HR activities.
Robust understanding of Australian employment legislation, the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards.
Practical experience managing employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, workplace investigations and performance management.
Confident supporting managers with probation reviews, underperformance, employee issues and difficult conversations.
Experience managing employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, employment variations and HR documentation.
Must be highly organised, proactive and capable of independently managing multiple priorities.
Experience with Employment Hero would be advantageous.
Ideally from construction, engineering, infrastructure or another operational business.
We're looking for someone ambitious who wants to develop and potentially progress into a more senior P&C; role.
