Most of the sector works to help people experiencing homelessness.
Mobilise is trying to end it.The roleThis is the first time the organisation has hired for data and evidence as its own job.
Nobody has owned this before you.
You'll decide how trials get designed, what counts as proof, and which results are strong enough to change a programme.
As Mobilise scales to reach millions of people at risk of homelessness, the systems you build now become the systems the organisation runs on, and the evidence you produce is what tells funders, government and the sector that direct cash delivery actually works. You'll work side by side with the Tech Lead, who owns the platform.
You own the evidence layer on top of it, and roll up your sleeves on builds when that moves things forward.
If you want your analysis to change how a country responds to homelessness, not just sit in a report, this is that job. What matters more than years on a CVShips end to end.
