A Medical receptionist is required 1 day per work at the Mareeba North Queensland Eye Clinic.
The North Queensland Eye Clinic is a Dynamic ophthalmic clinic servicing both Cairns and the Atherton Tablelands.
Travel between clinic locations is required on an as-needed basis.
Friendly and qualified working environment with great teamwork.
Above award wages depending on skill levels.
Experience working in a specialist clinic and good people skills is highly desirable.
The successful applicant will have many opportunities to learn new skills using the latest ophthalmic technology.
Responsibilities will include:
Meeting & greeting patients in a professional and courteous manner.
Scheduling patient consultations and attending inquiries.
Ensuring medical records are managed confidently and efficiently.
Experience with medical practice software systems is preferred for efficient medical records management.
Invoicing and receipting patient consultations.
Attending to doctors requests.
