Autumn Aged Care Boronia - Clovelly Cottage This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting the health, wellbeing and dignity of older Australians.Working closely with the Clinical Management team, you'll provide contemporary nursing care, clinical leadership and support to care staff while ensuring residents receive safe, responsive and compassionate care every day.What You'll DoDeliver high-quality clinical care aligned with residents' individual needsConduct assessments, care planning and ongoing clinical reviewsAdminister medications and oversee complex clinical care requirementsMonitor and respond to changes in resident health and wellbeingProvide guidance, support and clinical leadership to care teamsCollaborate with residents, families, GPs and allied health professionalsContribute to quality, compliance and continuous improvement initiativesPromote a safe,
