and cleanliness standardsEnsuring consistency and attention to detail in every dish deliveredContributing to a positive and collaborative kitchen cultureLearning new cooking techniques and developing your culinary expertiseDelivering memorable dining experiences for our guests through passion and professionalismWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Commis Chef who loves great food, thrives in a team environment, and is eager to develop their culinary career.To be successful in this role, you will have:At least 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen, hotel, restaurant, or similar environmentCertificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualificationA passion for food and a genuine interest in Italian cuisineAn understanding of current food trends and cooking techniquesStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detail and commitment to qualityA positive attitude and willingness to learn and growYou will also:Be available to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidaysHave unrestricted Australian working rights with no limitations on working hoursBe capable of meeting the inherent physical requirements of a busy hotel kitchenDemonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork and guest service excellenceWhat We OfferAt IHG, we believe our people are our greatest strength.
