This is an initial 3-month temporary contract offering the opportunity to join an established organisation and make an immediate impact.Your new role This is a varied recruitment support opportunity where you will play a key role in attracting, sourcing and onboarding candidates across a busy blue-collar workforce.Working closely with the wider recruitment team, you will support the full candidate journey, from developing sourcing strategies and advertising vacancies through to screening, compliance and onboarding.Your responsibilities will include:Creating and managing engaging recruitment advertising across SEEK and other sourcing channelsProactively sourcing candidates and developing talent pipelines for current and future requirementsSupporting high-volume blue-collar recruitment campaignsConducting initial candidate screening and assessing suitabilityDeveloping sourcing strategies to reach suitable candidates in challenging marketsCoordinating candidate onboarding,



pre-employment checks and compliance requirementsMaintaining accurate candidate records and ensuring documentation is completed prior to commencementBuilding positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding processWhat you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will be proactive, organised and comfortable working in a rapid-paced recruitment workplace.
You will ideally have previous experience within recruitment, resourcing, workforce coordination or high-volume administration.You'll also bring:Strong communication and candidate engagement skillsExperience sourcing candidates through SEEK, LinkedIn or similar platformsExcellent organisation and attention to detailConfidence managing multiple vacancies and competing prioritiesAn understanding of recruitment compliance and onboarding processesPrevious exposure to blue-collar trades, labour hire or high-volume recruitment would be highly regardedWhat you'll get in return This is a great opportunity to build on your recruitment experience within a busy and supportive environment.
