Architect Firm Part-Time Practice / Operations ManagerWorking closely with the Practice Director, you will serve as the engine room of the business.
You will take full ownership of studio administration, fee proposals, financial control, HR administration, and process optimization.Key responsibilitiesWork with the senior team to create tender submissions and fee proposalsOversee project invoicing, fee projections, WIP tracking, and accounts receivable/payable using Xero and architectural management softwareMonitor cash flow, assist with budget preparation, and prepare monthly/quarterly practice performance reports for the DirectorReview client fee proposals, sub-consultant agreements, and architectural contracts (e.g., ABIC / AIA forms) to ensure compliance and profitability trackingManage studio overheads, software licenses, IT support, insurance renewals (PI, Public Liability, Workers Comp), and supplier relationshipsCoordinate project scheduling, resourcing, and team capacity planningMaintain leave schedules, timesheet tracking, and compliance with workplace regulationsFoster a collaborative, well-organized,
