Their operation is built on safety, accuracy, and efficiency, and we are looking for a strong Warehouse Team Leader to support and lead the Pemulwuy site.About the RoleThis is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations while ensuring a protected working environment, smooth workflow, and high levels of accuracy.
You will lead by example, supporting the team to meet operational targets and service standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise warehouse staff across receiving, picking, packing, and dispatchEnsure all warehouse activities are carried out safely and in line with WHS requirementsMaintain smooth and efficient workflow to meet daily operational demandsEnsure high accuracy in order picking, stock handling,



and inventory controlMonitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and supportIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracyMaintain a clean, organised, and professional warehouse environmentAbout YouProven experience in a warehouse leadership or team leader rolePrevious experience with Warehouse WMS and Freight systemStrong focus on workplace safety and complianceExcellent organisational and communication skillsAbility to manage priorities and lead a team in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracyForklift licence and experience in parts or distribution environments (preferred but not essential)What We OfferStable full-time role with consistent weekday hoursPotential overtime and Weekend work where requiredSupportive team and well-established national business
