and property damageStrong understanding of Behaviour Support Plans and positive behaviour support practicesExperience completing incident reports and documenting complex incidentsExperience with medication management and personal carePrevious experience working within a 2:1 support modelExperience transporting complex participants in a house vehicleExperience supporting Child and Youth participants as well as NDIS participantsStrong boundary-setting skills, particularly around transport, routines, and participant expectationsThe ability to remain calm, professional, and consistent in high-pressure situationsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsEssential RequirementsCurrent Australian Driver's LicenceCurrent NDIS Worker Screening CheckCurrent Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)Current First Aid and CPR certificationAustralian working rightsReady to Make a Difference?
