We are building a Night Operations Division.
We are seeking disciplined, physically capable professionals who operate at a higher standard.

WHAT YOU'RE APPLYING FOR
You may be placed into one of two divisions based on capability:
Night Operations
A controlled, luxury environment where presentation and composure are critical.
You will:
Maintain visible authority without aggression
Liaise with management and high-profile guests
Control CCTV & access systems
Respond decisively and document precisely
You represent a premium brand.
Standards are high.
THE STANDARD
We are building a team that:
Maintains physical capability




Takes pride in uniform and presentation
Understand the use of Technology and Software and be capable of using it
Does not require micromanagement
Treats night work as a discipline, not a burden
8 week schedulled working roster
Overnight consistency is non-negotiable.

Above Award hourly rates
Night penalties applied

NON-NEGOTIABLES
Current QLD Security Licence
Current First Aid & CPR
Clean driving history (Patrol roles)
Permanent night availability
Explicit communication skills
