Mercure Cairns is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full time Night Auditor to join our friendly Front Office Team.About the RoleAs our Night Auditor, you will:Reception Desk Management: Oversee guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.Night Audit & Reporting: Process the nightly audit and generate reports to ensure accurate financial records.Security Monitoring: Assist in monitoring building security to ensure guest safety.Operational Support: Aid the day team in operations to maintain exceptional service standards.Shift Timing: Work from 11 PM to 7 AM,



accommodating the unique needs of night-time guests.What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will possess:Self-Starter Attitude: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Customer Service Focus: A positive attitude and genuine commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.Hotel Experience: Experience in a similar roleTechnical Proficiency: Experience with property management systems like Protel is highly regarded.Attention to Detail: Strong organizational, written, and communication skills.Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and evenings across a 7-day roster.
