We keep investing in better tools and smarter systems because there's always a better way to do things.The RoleYou'll run our CNC and edge banding equipment, working from the production schedule to keep components flowing to the factory floor.
You'll read drawings, cut lists and programs, nest sheets to get the most out of every board, and check every part before it moves on.
When something doesn't add up, you'll flag it early with the Production Manager and work with the team to sort it out.
You'll also work closely with our Pre-Production Coordinator to keep material moving in and out of the machine.The machines are yours to look after.
You'll keep them clean and well-tuned, staying on top of tool changes,



calibration and regular upkeep so they're always ready to run.You'll also be part of our continuous improvement and business coaching programs.
