Full-time role within a locally owned businessOngoing training and career progression opportunitiesFriendly and supportive teamFantastic staff discounts across all product rangesCollier & Miller is looking for a motivated and capable Warehouse Forklift Driver to join its busy Logistics team.This is a varied, hands-on role working closely with our Logistics and Sales teams to receive, move, organise and store goods across our warehouses.If you're well organised and enjoy being part of a busy team, we'd like to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingLoading and unloading incoming and outgoing deliveriesMoving and organising stock across designated warehouse and storage areasWorking with colleagues, freight companies and customers to coordinate the movement of goodsAssisting with general warehouse duties and housekeepingMaintaining a clean, organised and secure working environmentSupporting the wider team as required to keep day-to-day operations running smoothlyWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is reliable, capable and takes pride in doing the job properly.You'll ideally bring:A strong work ethic and commitment to quality workGood communication and customer service skillsStrong organisation and attention to detailThe ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when requiredThe ability to work efficiently in a busy environmentGood English reading and writing skills and basic mathematical skillsA practical, safety-focused approach to your workPrevious warehouse, logistics or similar experience will be viewed favourably.You'll also need to:Hold a current NSW forklift licenceHold a current Class C driver licenceBe physically fit and able to safely lift and handle heavy itemsBe available to work Saturdays and overtime when requiredPass a pre-employment physical and drug and alcohol testWhy Collier & Miller?
