GroundUp looks after more than 350 regular residential and commercial properties across North Brisbane and South East Queensland, and we're still growing. What You'll Be Doing

- Mowing, edging and brushcutting

- Hedge trimming, pruning and garden tidy ups

- Green waste removal

- Keeping outdoor areas neat, safe and well presented

- Operating equipment safely and doing basic maintenance on it

- Following WHS standards and pre-start checks on every site

- Working through your daily schedule and finishing jobs on time

What You'll Bring

Must have:

- Valid Australian Driver's Licence

- Unrestricted working rights in Australia





- Blue Card and National Police Check, or willingness to get them

- Good physical fitness and comfort working outdoors in all conditions

- A safety first mindset and a positive, reliable attitude

Nice to have (not essential):

- Experience with mowing, brushcutting or outdoor maintenance

- A genuine interest in lawn and garden care
