National Injury Prevention & Workers’ Compensation Coordinator |
Perth, WA or Kawana, QLD

Reporting to the Executive Manager, HSEQ, this is a hands-on operational role focused on reducing workplace injuries, improving recovery outcomes and supporting our people throughout the injury management process.

You will work directly with employees, operational leaders, HSE teams, insurers, rehabilitation providers and treating practitioners. This is not a role that simply manages claims from behind a desk. You will actively support suitable duties, remove recovery barriers and drive secure and sustainable return-to-work outcomes across Goodline’s national operations. Regular travel to operational sites will be required.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Goodline’s national approach to injury prevention, early intervention, workers’ compensation and return to work.

- Manage significant and complex claims, including high-cost, long-duration and psychological injury cases.





- Develop practical suitable duties and return-to-work plans in partnership with employees and operational teams.

- Analyse injury and claims trends to identify risks and implement effective prevention strategies.

- Work closely with operational leaders, insurers, rehabilitation providers and treating practitioners to achieve safe, sustainable recovery outcomes.

About You

- Qualifications in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, nursing or a related allied health discipline.

- Strong experience in workplace rehabilitation, injury management and workers’ compensation.

- Experience managing claims across multiple state or territory workers’ compensation schemes.

- Experience within construction, mining, resources, heavy industry or a similar operational environment.

- A practical, confident approach to early intervention, suitable duties and return-to-work planning, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
