About the role

Join a small, collaborative public practice team of 10 and manage your own portfolio of clients across compliance and advisory services. This role offers the opportunity to provide practical business guidance while progressing towards a Senior position.

Key responsibilities

- Manage an assigned portfolio of clients and build strong, trusted relationships.

- Prepare and review BAS and tax returns for individuals and businesses.

- Provide tax planning advice tailored to client needs.

- Deliver business advisory guidance and identify opportunities to support client growth.

- Manage workflow, deadlines and client communications across your portfolio.

- Work collaboratively with the public practice team and contribute to continuous improvement.





What we're looking for

- At least 3 years of public practice experience.

- Experience with BAS, tax compliance, tax planning and business advisory services.

- A cooperative team approach and the ability to work effectively within a small team.

- Strong communication, organisation and client relationship skills.

- CA candidate status or a genuine interest in pursuing CA studies is desirable but not essential.

- A proactive approach and the ability to take ownership of a client portfolio.
