We are working with an established, highly regarded custom homebuilder based in Hervey Bay who is looking for an experienced Senior Site Supervisor or Construction Manager to join their team.

Specialising in high-end residential homes valued around $800K-$1M+, this family-run style business has built an excellent reputation locally, supported by a loyal and established trade base.

This is a genuine long-term opportunity for someone looking to become a key part of the business, working closely with the owner with a view to taking on greater responsibility and potentially stepping into a senior leadership position as the business evolves.

What's on Offer:

- Salary around $140K - $170K + Super + Vehicle + Phone, dependent on the position level & experience of the person
- Manage a selection of high-end custom homes across Hervey Bay and the Fraser Coast

The Role:
Depending on your experience, you'll be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of high-end custom homes from commencement through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.

You'll coordinate trades,



manage construction programmes, oversee quality and safety, and work closely with the business owner to maintain the company's reputation for quality construction.

For the right individual, there is genuine scope to take on broader operational responsibilities over time, helping manage the construction side of the business as the owner gradually steps back from day-to-day operations.

What We're Looking For:

- Qualified carpenter by trade (essential)
- Proven experience supervising residential homes in QLD
- Experience delivering custom homes valued at $1M+ (essential)
- Current QBCC Builder's Licence, or the experience and qualifications to obtain one
- Robust understanding of residential construction, trade coordination and quality control
- Confident using construction management software, with Buildertrend experience highly regarded
- A long-term mindset, strong leadership skills and the ambition to take on greater responsibility
