About the role

Join a professional HVAC team servicing and installing residential air conditioning, refrigeration and HVAC systems. This role focuses on delivering reliable technical solutions, quality workmanship and a positive customer experience across residential properties.

The role

You’ll work across split-system and ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning, along with evaporative cooling.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Installing and commissioning reverse-cycle systems in residential homes.

- Servicing, maintaining and repairing heating and cooling equipment.

- Diagnosing faults and recommending practical solutions.

- Completing preventative maintenance and system performance checks.

- Explaining findings and recommended work clearly to customers.

- Identifying opportunities for system upgrades and providing details for quotes.

- Recording accurate job notes, photographs and service reports in Simpro.

- Completing work safely, within your licence scope and in accordance with applicable standards.





- Keeping your vehicle, tools and work areas clean and organised.

About you

You’re an experienced technician who can work independently, manage your day and deliver reliable service.

You’ll bring:

- A relevant air conditioning, refrigeration or HVAC trade qualification.

- A current Refrigerant Handling Licence appropriate to the work.

- Experience servicing and installing residential split-system and ducted reverse-cycle systems.

- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

- A current driver’s licence.

- Clear communication and a professional approach with customers.

- Accurate job documentation and confidence using a company phone and job management software.

- A solid commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

An electrical licence or additional electrical qualifications will be highly regarded. Simpro experience is a bonus.
