Contract Administrator – Education Fit-Out Project Parramatta | Short-Term Contract | Immediate Start
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a well-established commercial builder on an education fit-out project based in Parramatta.
This is a short-term contract opportunity for a couple of months, ideal for a commercially capable CA who can hit the ground running, provide immediate project support and assist with key procurement, coordination and contract administration activities.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the establishment and management of Green Star documentation and requirements.
- Coordinate design and building services requirements across the project.
- Assist with letting the main works packages and identifying early procurement and long-lead order requirements.
- Organise and facilitate project risk workshops with key subcontractors, including façade, hydraulic and joinery trades.
- Coordinate consultants, including ADP and Kosloff.
- Prepare, issue and manage project team and subcontractor RFIs through Procore.
- Assist with procurement, subcontractor engagement and general contract administration duties.
- Work closely with the project team to ensure project deliverables and commercial requirements are met.





Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in a Contract Administrator role within the commercial construction industry.
- Strong Jobpac experience is essential.
- Previous Payapps experience is essential.
- Procore experience highly regarded.
- Experience with Green Star documentation and establishment.
- Solid understanding of design coordination and building services.
- Previous experience with subcontractor procurement, package letting and risk management.
- Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running.
