Job title: CNC Operator - Day/Afternoon Shift

Location: Bathurst NSW 2795 Australia
Working Hours: Monday to Friday

- Morning Shift: 6am – 3pm
- Afternoon Shift: 3pm – 12am

Base Rate: $42-46ph depends on relevant experience
Afternoon Shift Loading: 20% shift loading

Job Responsibilities:

- Reporting to the Production Manager, the CNC Operator is responsible for setting up, operating and monitoring CNC machinery to manufacture precision-engineered steel and metal components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, perform machine adjustments, conduct quality inspections and ensure all components meet required specifications and production standards.

What We're Looking For





- Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical Trade) or equivalent qualification, with experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing or high-performance production environment.
- Solid understanding of engineering drawings, machining processes, precision measurements and quality standards, with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
