Change Analyst | Major Enterprise ERP Reform

- Position Level: ASO6 Equivalent
- Rate: $54.23 – $57.36 per hour + Super
- Location: Adelaide CBD (4 days/week onsite, flexible hybrid options in future)
- Contract Term: ASAP until June 25, 2027
- Hours: Standard Full time (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Change Analyst to join a high-profile public sector enterprise transformation program based in the Adelaide CBD.

This contract role will play a key part in supporting the end-to-end business change impacts for a major Financial Management System (FMS) replacement program. Replacing a long-standing legacy system with a modern, contemporary cloud solution (Oracle), this program will fundamentally reshape financial, ICT, and operational processes across multiple government client agencies.

Reporting to the Deployment Manager, you will work within an established Change & Deployment team to enable user readiness, drive adoption, and facilitate smooth operational transition.

Key Responsibilities

- Change Impact Assessment: Analyse, document, and review the scope, scale, and complexity of anticipated business change impacts across multiple client stakeholder groups.
- Communication & Engagement: Develop and execute tailored stakeholder communication strategies, tools, and engagement channels to keep impacted business units informed and prepared.
- Workshop Facilitation: Plan and lead change workshops and information sessions to consult with business leads, assess operational interventions, and bridge communication gaps.
- Artefact Creation: Produce high-quality change management deliverables (impact matrices,



readiness briefs, communication collateral, transition roadmaps) aligned with project goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Assess the effectiveness of change interventions and refine strategies to support continuous capability uplift and user adoption.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong collaborative relationships across internal program workstreams, operational service teams, agency contacts, and external vendor partners.

Mandatory Experience & Qualifications

- Change Management Expertise: Minimum 3+ years of dedicated experience working as a Change Analyst on complex organisational or technology transformations.
- Formal Change Methodology: Certified in recognised change frameworks (e.g., Prosci / ADKAR, PRINCE2, Agile, PMBOK, or MSP).
- Enterprise ERP / FMS Rollout: Demonstrated experience supporting change activities on large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Financial Management System (FMS) implementations (preferably Oracle, SAP, or similar).
- Finance Process Understanding: Solid foundational knowledge of core business finance/accounting workflows (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable/Receivable, General Ledger).
- Clearance & Verification Requirements:

- Must hold or be eligible to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance (or higher).
- Satisfactory Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
