The Opportunity
As the senior leader for the infrastructure division in South Australia, you will play a pivotal role in driving project delivery, client relationships and business growth while building the local surveying capability from the ground up.

Supported by an established national leadership team, you will have the autonomy to influence strategy, recruit and mentor survey professionals, and establish the foundations for a long-term, scalable operation.

You'll oversee a portfolio of major infrastructure, transport and renewable energy projects while leveraging cutting-edge technology including:

- Total Stations
- GPS/GNSS Systems
- Digital Levels
- Machine Guidance Technology
- UAV and Drone Surveying
- 3D Laser Scanning

About You
You are an accomplished surveying skilled with strong experience across major civil infrastructure, transport, DIT and renewables projects and are ready to step into a broader leadership role.

You will bring:

- Qualifications in Surveying, Spatial Science, Geomatics or a related discipline
- Proven experience delivering infrastructure and DIT projects
- Strong technical capability across modern survey equipment and software platforms
- Leadership experience, or a genuine desire to build, mentor and develop teams
- Commercial acumen and the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing a business
- An unwavering commitment to quality, accuracy and project excellence
