The Opportunity
With project activity surging across Queensland, this is a chance for an experienced Surveyor to step into an Area Manager's role where you will be looking after an area in Brisbane's north. You’ll oversee calculations, measurements, work allocation, manage surveyors and team coordination across a growing portfolio of transport and land development projects, working predominantly from the office while guiding field teams to deliver exceptional results.

Your Background




You’re a survey skilled with a proven track record in major transport infrastructure and land development, combining technical capability with strong communication and commercial awareness. You’ll bring:

- Relevant qualifications in Surveying, Spatial Science or Geomatics
- Proficiency with Total Stations, GPS, Digital Levelling and Survey Computation Software

- Proven people management experience
- The ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- A team‑focused mindset and confidence to work autonomously
- A commitment to accuracy, quality and project excellence
