We're seeking two experienced Project Manager's with strong Civil expertise to join a national contractor within their growing Energy & Infrastructure team. About the Role
As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Civil project scopes—from planning and engineering coordination through construction, commissioning and handover. You'll manage teams, assume commercial responsibility, build strong client relationships and ensure that each scope is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of projects from planning through to completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting and resource planning.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and subcontractor activities.
- Drive outstanding safety performance and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
- Manage commercial performance, including variations, claims, forecasting and cost control.
- Oversee construction sequencing,



installation quality and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and project stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure quality assurance, inspection and compliance requirements are achieved.
- Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

About You
You'll be an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a site-based setting and enjoys leading complex civil projects to successful completion.

In addition, you will bring:

- 5+ years' experience managing major projects within energy, infrastructure, renewables and pipelines
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Sound commercial and contractual knowledge.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
