About the Company
Our client is a highly regarded, fully private dental practice located in Perth's affluent northern suburbs. With an established patient base, strong patient loyalty and high treatment acceptance, this is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Dentist looking to maximise their earning potential while enjoying genuine clinical freedom.
The practice is equipped with premium dental technology, including CEREC, CBCT, digital scanners and Primeprint 3D printing. Supported by an experienced Principal Dentist and two Oral Health Therapists, the successful candidate will have the resources and support to focus on delivering high-quality dentistry.
As a non-preferred provider practice, there is no pressure to follow health fund fee schedules, allowing Dentists greater control over their treatment planning and fees.
About the Position
Our client is looking for an experienced Dentist to take over an established patient book from a departing associate who currently works four days per week.
This is a genuine replacement opportunity, meaning you can step into an existing patient base rather than spend months building your books from scratch.
The practice offers an excellent mix of general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, with opportunities to expand into more advanced treatments such as dental implants, Invisalign, fixed orthodontics and complex restorative cases.
The Principal Dentist is experienced across a broad range of procedures and is happy to provide hands-on mentorship, share complex cases and help you develop new clinical skills.
With two Oral Health Therapists managing much of the routine hygiene and preventative care, you'll have more time to focus on higher-value treatments and the areas of dentistry you genuinely enjoy.
Whether you're an experienced general Dentist looking for a busy,
well-paying position or someone wanting to develop their skills in more complex procedures, this practice can accommodate your clinical interests.
