The Position:
As a Building Services Engineer, you will support the design, delivery and ongoing performance of building services infrastructure across the national network. With a focus on HVAC, fire services and associated building infrastructure, you will work across a range of projects, providing engineering expertise from design and specification through to commissioning, maintenance and operational support.

Duties include:

- Design, specify and review HVAC, fire services and building services infrastructure
- Support HVAC upgrades, retrofits and capacity planning across network sites
- Provide engineering support throughout project delivery, including commissioning and acceptance testing
- Ensure fire detection and alarm systems meet statutory requirements and Australian Standards
- Support field teams with technical advice, troubleshooting and fault resolution




- Contribute to maintenance strategies, asset evaluations and infrastructure improvements

Skills & experience required:

- Degree qualified in Mechanical, Building Services or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years' engineering experience in mission-critical environments
- Strong experience with HVAC systems and exposure to fire services and building infrastructure
- Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and the National Construction Code
- Experience with commissioning and AutoCAD; IES or CAMEL exposure highly regarded
- Current driver's licence
