About the Position Our client is looking for a passionate and patient-focused Oral Health Therapist (OHT) to join our clients' team for 2 days per week, with a strong focus on preventive dentistry, hygiene treatments and long-term patient relationships.

This is an excellent opportunity for an OHT who enjoys working closely with experienced dentists, building rapport with patients and delivering quality care without feeling rushed.

You'll benefit from a steady flow of internal referrals from the practice's dentists, including an established clinician with a loyal patient base, ensuring a consistent workload and the opportunity to develop lasting relationships with patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing comprehensive dental hygiene treatments, including scale and cleans, periodontal maintenance and preventive care
- Performing routine examinations and preventive treatments within your professional scope
- Utilising modern Airflow technology to deliver comfortable and effective hygiene treatments
- Supporting the dentists with ongoing patient maintenance and hygiene appointments
- Educating patients on oral health, periodontal care and long-term preventive strategies




- Working collaboratively with the dental team to deliver an excellent patient experience

Key Requirements

- Bachelor of Oral Health or equivalent recognised qualification
- Current AHPRA registration as an Oral Health Therapist
- Adult scope of practice highly desirable
- Strong interest in dental hygiene, preventive dentistry and periodontal care
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, patient-centred approach
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with an experienced dental team
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for delivering quality patient care
