The role
- Design civil packages from concept through to construction.
- Work within a strong, collaborative design team.
- Hand your drafting to a separate drafting team.
- Learn from senior engineers who have done this for a long time
- Take on more ownership of projects and authority relationships as you grow.
You’ll bring
- Around three years’ experience in civil design.
- A degree in civil engineering.
- Confidence with design software such as 12D.
- A practical approach and an interest in improvement.
The setup
- An office in Malvern East.
- Hybrid working, with one to two days a week from home.
- A culture people stay for.
The role will pay your worth, which we expect to be around $90k - $108k p/a plus Super.
