DTG Workforce is currently seeking experienced Excavator Operators for multiple opportunities across the Illawarra and Shoalhaven regions.
We are looking for motivated, reliable and safety-conscious operators with proven experience operating excavators across civil, construction or related environments.

These opportunities offer full-time hours, ongoing work and the chance to work across a variety of local projects.

About the Role:

- Operating excavators across various civil and construction projects.
- Supporting general site operations and earthmoving activities.
- Working alongside site personnel to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining equipment and following workplace safety procedures.

Skills & Requirements:

- Proven excavator operating experience.
- Current Excavator Ticket / relevant operating competency.




- Current truck licence (HR preferred and highly regarded).
- Current White Card.
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining a high standard of work.
