About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Store Manager to lead a Hervey Bay store, with the current manager preparing for retirement. You'll oversee a team of 6–10 staff, drive sales through consultative customer service and manage the day-to-day operations of a busy retail store. This is a hands-on leadership position combining team development, sales performance and store administration, suited to someone who enjoys being actively involved on the shop floor.

Skills & Experience

- Proven retail management or supervisory experience




- Robust leadership, coaching and team development skills
- Sales-driven with a consultative customer approach
- Confident with stock control, reporting and compliance
- Physically capable and comfortable with heavy lifting
