The Opportunity

We're working with a well-established, highly regarded real estate agency on the Mornington Peninsula looking for a switched-on Junior Property Manager to join their team.

Whether you're currently working in leasing, reception, administration, sales or already have some Property Management experience, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll initially support an established portfolio alongside an experienced leadership team, with the opportunity to progressively take ownership of your own portfolio over the next 6–12 months.

What's On Offer

- $60,000 – $65,000 + superannuation + commissions + work phone and laptop
- Monday to Friday – no weekends!
- Access to company vehicles during business hours - save on petrol and the wear and tear of your own car!
- Clear progression into managing your own established portfolio of approximately 140–150 properties within 6–12 months.
- Work alongside an experienced General Manager with 16 years of portfolio knowledge.
- Occasional flexibility to work from other Peninsula offices .




- Potential for WFH flexibility once established as a full-fledged Property Manager.

Who We're Looking For

Ideally, you'll bring:

- At least 6–12 months of experience working in real estate.
- Some exposure to Property Management, leasing, administration or sales.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to deal with landlords, renters and contractors.
- Excellent organisation, initiative and a willingness to take on responsibility.
- An Agent's Representative Certificate and a valid driver's licence.
- Experience with PropertyMe, Inspection Express or Ignite would be advantageous.

We're not expecting you to know everything, but we're looking for someone with a valuable understanding of how a real estate office operates who can hit the ground running.
