About the role

As the Store Manager, you will lead a high performing store and take ownership of both sales success and team performance. This is a hands on leadership role where you'll inspire your team from the front, confidently drive sales conversations, manage customer quotes, and deliver exceptional results against KPIs and targets. Skills and experience

- Previous Management experience within a consultative sales setting highly regarded
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Highly organised and commercially minded, with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated success achieving KPIs and sales targets
- Thrives in a culture-first environment and enjoys motivating teams to perform at their best
