Our client is a well-established residential real estate agency located on Brisbane's Northside, offering a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to join their supportive, fun and close-knit team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in real estate who is eager to learn, take on more responsibility and progress their career within Property Management.

The Role:

- Assisting with routine, entry and leasing inspections
- Supporting the processing of tenancy applications
- Assisting with property compliance and documentation
- Providing administrative support to the Property Management team
- Supporting business development activities and new managements
- Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Assisting with general day-to-day Property Management operations

About You

- Minimum 12 months' experience within the real estate industry, ideally with one agency
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in Property Management
- Strong communication, organisation and time management skills




- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work within a team
- Experience with Reapit, Console, IRE or Inspection Express highly regarded
- A team player who enjoys a laugh and contributes to a positive workplace culture
