WHAT'S THE ROLE ALL ABOUT?

- This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll be leading from the shop floor, setting the pace and driving performance right across the business.
- Lead, motivate and develop a huge team across multiple departments!
- Drive results through KPI & sales analysis and commercially smart decision-making.
- Build customer loyalty, turning everyday transactions into long-term relationships.
- Take ownership of store operations, VM, stock management, catalogue execution and promotional activity.
- Anticipate promos / seasonal demand and keep the business retail-ready.
- Maintain pharmacy compliance, product knowledge and operational standards, ensuring legislation and procedures are followed.
- Champion ongoing product learning, training and development with regular head office engagement and store visits.
- Get physical! This is a busy operation with substantial stock movement, deliveries & replen, etc. so hands-on is a MUST!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR!
We're not looking for someone who simply manages a roster.



We want someone who can run a business!

- CORE RETAIL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL, ideally large-format retail or pharmacy.
- Strong commercial acumen & confidence working with KPIs, dept. reports, sales results & performance targets.
- A natural, energetic motivator who brings accountability & positivity!
- A hands-on, practical operator who leads by example and isn't afraid to get stuck into the physical side of retail.
- Strong tech skills: confidence navigating reporting & stock systems & software.
- Forward-thinking when it comes to ordering, promotional planning, stock levels and merchandising execution.
- A genuine interest in health, wellbeing and product education.
- Certificate II and Certificate III in Community Pharmacy (S2 and S3 pharmacy-related training/dispensary competencies) – completed or willingness to obtain as required. A strong understanding of pharmacy products, dispensing support and compliance is essential.
