About the role

Huntd Recruit is partnering with a real estate agency in Aspley to recruit a Senior Property Manager. You’ll take ownership of a residential rent roll, build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and keep day-to-day portfolio management running smoothly.

This role would suit an experienced Senior Property Manager or a Property Manager ready to step up who is already confident managing a portfolio independently.

What you’ll be doing





- Manage a residential property portfolio end to end and act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
- Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, rental arrears and tenancy compliance.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance, liaising with trades and keeping owners informed.
- Oversee routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports, vacates and bond matters.
- Resolve escalated tenancy issues and keep accurate records in the agency’s property management software.

What you’ll bring

- Experience managing your own residential portfolio as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager.
- Confidence handling landlord communication, arrears and complex tenancy matters.
- A current real estate registration.
- Experience with property management software such as PropertyMe.
- Robust organisation and the ability to follow through when several matters need attention at once.
