As a Full Time Supply Chain Information Analyst/Specialist at AUSTRALIAN BUSINESS MOBILES (NSW) PTY LTD, you will be responsible for analysing supply chain data, optimising procurement and inventory outcomes and driving continuous improvement across the business. This position requires strong analytical capability and a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

- Utilise analytical tools to assess and interpret data related to the supply chain, identifying patterns, trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement effective inventory control measures to optimise stock levels, reduce holding costs and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of procurement strategies, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and industry best practices.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and monitoring performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.




- Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop strategies for risk mitigation to enhance overall resilience.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to streamline supply chain operations, reduce costs and enhance overall efficiency.
- Leverage technology solutions, such as ERP systems and data analytics tools, to enhance visibility and control across the supply chain.
- Generate regular reports on key supply chain metrics, ensuring accuracy and completeness and maintain documentation of relevant processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Supply Chain Information Analyst/Specialist
- Proficient in using analytical tools and software to analyse large datasets, identify trends and derive meaningful insights.
- Familiarity with supply chain management software, ERP systems and other relevant technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
- Ability to negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure favourable terms and conditions.
- Keen attention to detail to maintain accuracy in data analysis, reporting and documentation.

Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $80,000 - $90,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
