RM Group is seeking experienced Electrical Project Managers to join leading construction teams delivering significant commercial and industrial projects throughout Gold Coast and Brisbane.
With substantial projects underway and a robust pipeline of secured work, these positions offer an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals wanting to take ownership of complex projects, lead high-performing teams and play a key role in delivering major developments. Offering a salary of up to $180K + Super, depending on experience.
Overseeing the successful delivery of electrical projects, working closely with construction teams, subcontractors, clients and key stakeholders to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently and commercially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee electrical projects from concept, planning and mobilisation through to completion
- Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors and site personnel
- Manage project budgets, scheduling, procurement and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and contractual requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders
- Manage variations, commercial negotiations and project reporting
- Drive project outcomes across programme, quality and profitability
Requirements for the role:
- Demonstrated experience managing electrical projects within commercial construction, or infrastructure
- Electrical license (Ideal), Construction/Project Management qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive project teams and deliver results
- Excellent commercial awareness and contract management capabilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
