Sussex Inlet Doctors is a GP-led practice on the NSW South Coast with an established book and more demand than our current doctors can absorb. No lock-in contract, no restraint clause, and your hours set by you — so you can try the life before you commit to it.
What you’ll earn

- 70% of billings
- MM5 location, so the bulk billing incentive on a standard consult is $38.55 here against $22.40 in metro — about $16 more on every bulk-billed consult
- We’re in the Bulk Billing Practice Incentive Program, adding a 12.5% loading on MBS benefits, split evenly between the GP and the practice
- All up, a bulk-billed standard consult returns around $89 here against roughly $73 in a city practice
- No lock-in contract, no restraint clause

Local schooling and childcare, Shoalhaven District Memorial Hospital 40 minutes, and housing that costs a fraction of anything comparable on the Sydney coastline.
You’ll need
One of the following, with AHPRA specialist registration or an application underway:

- FRACGP or FACRRM
- A qualification on the Expedited Specialist pathway accepted list
- Eligibility for the RACGP PEP Specialist stream

Sussex Inlet is DPA/MM5, so Medicare restrictions aren’t a barrier here, and rural incentive programs may apply.
