ProQuest Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Pickers, Packers and General Hands to join multiple clients across Willawong.

We have opportunities available in busy warehouse and distribution centres, including the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

What's on Offer

- $40+ per hour
- Monday to Friday – ongoing, consistent hours
- Day shifts available, including 6:00am–2:00pm
- Weekly pay

Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Voice picking using a headset
- RF scanning and order verification
- Operating Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJs)
- Preparing and staging orders for dispatch
- Meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets
- General warehouse duties, including manual handling
- Following workplace health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For




- Previous warehouse picking and packing experience
- Experience with RF scanners, voice picking and/or EPJs
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling duties
- Reliable transport and a valid driver's licence
- Own PPE, including a high-vis shirt or vest and steel cap boots
- Availability to work Monday to Friday
- Full and unrestricted Australian working rights
- Willingness to complete a National Police Check where required
- Strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail
- LF Forklift Licence highly regarded
